We collect the email address and password (stored encrypted) used to create an account, and any profile information you choose to enter: name, date of birth, nationality, height, weight, contact details, location, ballet experience, video URLs and photo URLs or uploaded images.

We also store the auditions you save as favourites, your saved searches, and any issue reports or update suggestions you submit.

We use this information to provide sign-in, to store favourites and saved searches, to pre-fill your application email draft, to improve listing quality and to answer your enquiries.

We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with access rules so that only you and the site operator can read your records. Profile data can only be viewed and edited from your own account.

Email address, phone number, WhatsApp, date of birth and weight are treated as private and are not shown on public pages. If a public profile feature is added later, only the fields you explicitly choose to publish will be shown.

Videos and photos in your profile are shown only on your own profile page. Uploaded images are kept in private storage and displayed to you through temporary signed links. If you link to an external service such as YouTube, the visibility of that video follows that service's settings.

Saved auditions are linked to your account and are not visible to other users.

We may use AI processing to structure audition information taken from publicly available official pages. Only public source-page content is processed; your account and profile information is never sent to an AI service.

AI-extracted information is always checked by an administrator against the official source before publication.

StageLink uses cloud services for hosting, database, authentication and storage. These providers process data only as needed to run the service.

You can correct or delete profile information at any time from your profile page. To delete your account, contact us through the contact page.
