About this audition
Carte Blanche – Norwegian National Dance Company is looking for dancers with strong performing and creative skills for positions starting in August 2027. We are looking for dancers with a strong practice in contemporary dance and improvisation. You should have an interest in multidisciplinary and collaborative approaches. We appreciate individuality, strong performance skills and artistic integrity. At the same time, we value dancers who thrive in a collective setting and have a strong awareness of group dynamics. We value diversity in terms of artistic interests, social and cultural backgrounds, gender expression and dis/abilities. The working language is English.

Carte Blanche – Norges Nasjonale Dansekompani søker dansere med sterke utøvende og skapende ferdigheter til stillinger med oppstart i august 2027. Hvem ser vi etter? Vi ser etter dansere med sterk praksis innen samtidsdans og improvisasjon. Du bør ha interesse for tverrfaglige og samarbeidende tilnærminger. Vi setter pris på individualitet, sterke utøvende ferdigheter og kunstnerisk integritet. Samtidig verdsetter vi dansere som trives i et kollektiv og har høy bevissthet rundt gruppedynamikk. Vi verdsetter mangfold i form av kunstneriske interesser, sosial og kulturell bakgrunn, kjønnsuttrykk og funksjonsevner. Arbeidsspråket er engelsk. Vi søker Erfarne dansere Med minst tre års profesjonell erfaring innen kreative og dynamiske prosesser etter endt utdanning. To aspiranter Med relevant erfaring fra kreative prosesser innen samtidsdans. Aspirantkontraktene er betalte ettårskontrakter. For å bli vurdert som aspirant må søker være født i 2003 eller senere. Lønn Lønn følger tariffavtalen mellom Carte Blanche og Norske Dansekunstnere (NoDa) og fastsettes på bakgrunn av relevant ansiennitet. Om auditionen Carte Blanche arrangerer audition én gang i året. Det er kun mulig å delta etter invitasjon gjennom vår søknadsprosess. Vi har dessverre ikke anledning til å arrangere private auditions utenfor de oppsatte datoene. De inviterte får beskjed gjennom Lanced innen 15. desember 2026. Stillingene har oppstart i august 2027. Two apprentices: with relevant experience in creative processes within contemporary dance. The apprentice contracts are paid one-year contracts. To be considered for an apprentice position, applicants must be born in 2003 or later. We are looking for dancers with a strong practice in contemporary dance and improvisation.
