About this audition
CAPE BALLET AFRICA IS HIRING: Male & Female Dancers. Open Audition Call. Applications close midnight 31 October 2026. We are looking for dancers with strong classical technique and good partnering skills for the 2027 season. There are four contract types available: LONG-TERM CONTRACTS – Minimum of one year professional classical experience; ONE YEAR CONTRACTS – January 2027 – January 2028; SHORT-TERM CONTRACTS – Three months; APPRENTICE CONTRACTS – School-leavers & recent graduates, South African citizens only. Auditions (by invitation) will be held in person in our studio in Cape Town, South Africa.
