About this audition
NDT 1 seeks highly skilled dance artists interested in a collaborative contemporary dance environment. The artists should possess an extensive company background and understanding of contemporary and classical techniques with experience in improvisation. Candidates should have refined artistry, enabling them to contribute to the creative processes within the company's diverse and dynamic repertoire. You can soon apply to audition for NDT 1 for the 2027-2028 season. This audition is private and by invitation only.

Eligibility
- Eligibility requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of professional company experience. Applicants must be born before 12th of January 2004 to apply for NDT 1 auditions. Dancers born between the 12th of January 2004 and the 13th of August 2009 can only apply for NDT 2. The artists should possess an extensive company background and understanding of contemporary and classical techniques with experience in improvisation. Candidates should have refined artistry, enabling them to contribute to the creative processes within the company's diverse and dynamic repertoire.
- Age requirements
- Applicants must be born before 12th of January 2004 to apply for NDT 1 auditions. Dancers born between the 12th of January 2004 and the 13th of August 2009 can only apply for NDT 2.
- Required materials
- Headshot; CV; A short motivational statement (no more than 300 characters); Audition video (10 minutes maximum) including excerpts of contrasting contemporary repertoire and 1 to 2 minutes of uninterrupted improvisation. Use YouTube only to upload your video. Do not edit the music in your video. In your video you must be clearly visible. NO promotional trailers.
